Having Joint problems

Hi all i seem to be having alot of joint problems with my body when i weight lift. My left knee is acting weird everytime i bend it normaly when im standing or do leg curles or sqwats at the gym it pops (really loud) then after i feel like its a little heavy yet it doesnt hurt alot, its really worrying me. I have been taking xyience joint forumla for about a month now, i think it helped a bit with my other joint problems but my knee started acting up 2 weeks ago.

What should i do with my knee? should i stop working on my legs for about a month and see what happens or is this sort of popping noises normal sometimes? Thanks alot guys
 
First you should see a personal trainer or doctor. I have knee problems too partially because my knee caps are loose, also because I have an a small strength imbalance between my hamstrings and my quads, and I have snapping hip syndrome. I bought some other joint stuff from Costco (just a regular wholesale store) and just started trying it. Can't see any significant changes so far, but I would rather go for the cheap stuff than go with Xyience because of the brand.
