I haven't lifted in almost 2 months because of football practice and being lazy, but I set a new bench press PR today at 204 pounds.
Have no clue how this happened- but I'm happy
I have done pushups every now and then though- got from 30 to 40.
My previous PR was 198 pounds. This is how I warmed up:
