Has Anyone Used a Nurse at Home Service?

Hi everyone,
I'm considering a Nurse at Home service for a family member who needs regular medical assistance after being discharged from the hospital. Since this is our first time hiring a home nurse, I wanted to hear from people who have already used such services.
A few things I'd like to know:

• How was your overall experience?
• Were the nurses professionally trained and experienced?
• Did they help with medication, injections, wound dressing, and patient monitoring?
• How do you verify the nurse's qualifications?

Having medical support at home seems much more comfortable for patients, especially seniors and those recovering from surgery. Still, I'd love to hear real feedback before making a decision.
