has anyone tried Fenphedra?

i kinda think it funny how everyone says the dont have 'time' to do it.

Or better yet, 'i eat perfectly healthy foods and in healthy portions but still gain weight!'

Im a mother of 4 children, i work fulltime plus contracting part time. I still managed to find time to do an hour of exercise every day (even if it meant 1 hour less sleep a day and 5am mornings). You just dont get busier than me.

As for the portions, they are so screwed up that what people THINK are normal portion sizes are in fact not. Media and Fast food chains have distorted our reality of what is a normal portion size.

Whats funnier is that i used to use all these excuses, amoung others!

I have just started taking Fenfedra and according to the scales have lost 6lbs in 5 days.

Why did I decide to use a weight loss pill? I am limited in what excercise I can do having had spine surgery 15 years ago, I also have Plantar Faciticis (fallen arches) and am early menopausal. My Doctor will not give me hormone therapy for at least another 6 months as my levels do not show enough change though my body disputes this heavily.

Over the last 18 months I have gained around 36lbs in weight. I eat very small portions by UK standards let alone US ones, do not eat crisps, cake or sweets. I have a main meal mid day and cerial or a snack early evening. At weekends I fit in around 10 miles of walking. My job is very active for 9 months of the year.

I was so tired and depressed with the weight gain, the final straw was coming back from an active holiday having been really careful not to over eat and to eat plenty of veg and salad to find I had gained a further 10 lbs. It would appear my metabolism is just not kicking in. I did a fair amount of research before choosing this pill and am hoping it will boost my metabolism and help me work off some of this fat.

Fenphedra didn't work for me

I first posted in late May - saying that I was going to give Fenfedra a try. I did - for 2 months and all it did was to make me sick, have a constant headache and feel really, really grumpy. I finally threw the pills away. However, I DID find something that is working very well for me. In early July I happened upon a short clip on You Tube posted by a woman who helps people change their eating patterns. I watched it - went to her website, read her materials and have lost more weight in the past two weeks than I have all year. I don't know if her information will help anyone else - but I found it really useful and it didn't cost me anything.
I am not allowed to post URLs - but her site is called 'thinwithin' - you can find it.

I'm going to keep going, using her advice until I reach my goal.
Keep it up my friends - the key is finding what works for YOU.

I have ordered and am now taking fenphedra

I ordered Fenphedra and starting taking it yesterday. My first day was weird. I was really shaky and jittery and it didnt make me feel too well, also it made me actually feel hungier than usual. I was kinda mad about it and I wasnt sure if I wanted to continue taking it or not.. I didnt feel like it was working.
I decided to try it out for one more day, since I did spend a lot of money on the pills and I didnt want that money to go to waste if it didnt have to. Today is my second day taking the pill. I'm not jittery at all and I'm not hungry either. I find myself going to that bathroom a lot more though, which isnt too bad because at least I feel like its actually starting to work now. I guess maybe my body just had to get used to it or something.. plus I didnt get a lot of sleep the night before yesterday and that could have been why too. But I do feel like its working now. I ordered the Fen-72 detox pills as well. I'm not taking them yet though, because I figured if the Fenphedra itself makes me go to the bathroom a lot, then while taking the Fen-72 I'd REALLY be going to the bathroom a lot.. and since I'm at work I didnt feel like I wanted to go through that lol. But I plan on starting the Fen-72 on Saturday while I'm home. But so far so good, I do feel like they are working and I do feel that maybe I can lose some weight on these pills!

Good luck to you and your weight loss plan! Hope everything works out. I'd say yes.. give Fenphedra a try. But dont be discouraged the first day you take them.. maybe your body just needs to get used to it or something.

Did anyone else notice shortness of breath w/this at all? I do feel the energy when I work-out. However, I have trouble catching my breath or feel the need to yawn constantly and take in huge gasps of air to breathe...

I've been on Fenphedra for a few weeks now..

Ugh.. yes. I get shortness of breath and my heart beats funny sometimes. I dont feel like I'm losing any weight. I'm going to the bathroom a lot more, but no pounds are coming off. I even did the Fen-72 detox thing. Today is my last day on the Fen-72, but I havent lost a single pound. Lose 13 pounds in a week? HAHAHAHA. If anything, I think I gained a pound.. and I'm hardly eating. These things are supposed to make you feel less hungry? Well the "shaky, sick" feeling I get while taking them makes me want to eat more just to stop that feeling. Ok.. after today, I think I'm done. I have one more pill that I wanna try (UltraMax). If those dont work, then I'm done. I think I'll lose MORE weight without the pills than with them. Ugh.. what a waste of money!

Diet Pill..

Everyone seems to be concerned with the temporary weight loss effects that disappointingly vanish once the diet pill is not being used...keeping the weight off without the diet pill can be done! Go to weightlossresources [type it into google] - sign up for a free trial if you dont want to pay the monthly fee lol, input all of your information [height, weight, etc] and it will tell you how many calories you should be consuming each day to maintain your current weight! I used this website after finishing a month supply of diet pills and i have never put the weight back on. I used Star Diet Pill [from ebay] and it was brilliant, in my first week i lost 8lbs, totally unexpected! The next 3 weeks weren't as miraculous but altogether i lost a stone and have never put it back on - i am in the gym 3 times a week and i stick to the calorie intake recommended by the website.

I probably could have lost the weight over a prolonged period of time without the diet pill, but it was my personal choice to lose it quickly. I didnt suffer any bizarre side effects, just felt quite happy and motivated, and my appetite wasn't taking over my life like it had been before. If you are very concerned, read more reviews and check the ingredients, it worked for me but they may affect you differently. There's my disclaimer, lol.

I am looking to lose a bit more weight to get my BMI down as it is 25 - i know this is ok but i would like to get it to 23. I have started Fenphedra this week, so far so good [2lbs in 3 days] i will let you know how it goes anyhoo. Hope you find something that works for you!

I just started

I started taking Fenphedrin today so I thought I might catalog my initial reaction. First off, I'm not taking it to lose weight. I'm a college student and am very stressed out during finals and midterms so I thought this might lift my mood and help motivate me to study more. I can tell you that right off the bat, within an hour of taking the first pill, I was euphoric like the website said I would be. I was so giddy, it was uncontrollable. I also had a ridiculous amount of energy. Friends of mine even noticed the change it was so drastic. In this respect, I'm pretty pleased with it.

However, I rarely work out. Not because I can't, I'm just lazy. SO... If I loose weight on this pill, I'll let you all know.

well many people having negative thoughts about the product, I used the product a month and a half this summer. first few days, i didn't feel really good, or didn't feel anything, but like after a week, i just loved this product. somehow i dropped from 110kg to 92kg. But last 3 months, i stopped using the pill, and ive been eating lika pig, now im 105 kg. sad :(

Its a waste of time

I would seriously think about going on diet pills. Anything you take that messes with your metabolism is dubious. Im afraid the only healthy way there is to lose weigh is to up the exercise and stick to a balanced diet for the rest of your life; of course with the occasional treat holidays.

I am still trying to find that balance and have recently rejoined the gym as I have put 56lbs on since I left two years ago.

Sorry to be a pessimist but stick at the exercise.

this is a suspicious thread. a lot of people who claimed to try the Fen had less than 4 posts. these spammers are creative losers.

Has anyone else noticed that most of the people aside from our well known members only have very few post mostly 1-4 and a few have like 20.... have you also noticed that most of these people are like "HEY! Don't Diss My Diet Pills!"... I agree... this thread is Very suspicious. I can't help but think a lot of our "new members" are the same person....
oh and perhaps if some of us didn't spend hours reasearching the best new diet pills or best new fad diet perhaps we could find the time work out 45 minutes to an hour each day...
if anyone is truely serious about losing weight they will quit making excuses and just do the 100% effective way to do it... put down the chips get off your ass and excersize. it doesnt cost a penny to do some situps every day...

well...

im one of your "new" members. and i did say i'd post about my findings. so, yes, i did loose weight. only about 10lbs though. some of which could be water weight. i went from 5'10 175lbs to 165lbs approximately. i had lots of energy at first but not so much anymore.

its an alright diet pill. i get the impression that if i go off this stuff, im just gonna gain the 10 lbs back.

zomg are you refering to me ? it is actually my second post on this forum, and only reason im bothering myself to register, and posting 2 posts is I saw many ppl think the product is scam, but as I said I tried the product this summer and it worked. Of course it doesnt mean I lost weight by doin nuffin, just using the product, I tried to be as active as possible throughout the day, and running on threadmill at least 30 mins everyday, and drinking only water. however it wud have been impossible without the product for ppl like me, cuz the product boosted my energy, reduces my appetite, and i guessed it reduced the amount of food i consumed turning into fat. ktnx. plz dont suspect me anymore

HEY! I don't have many posts, but thats because i gave up my weight loss fad after my fenphedra ran out :-{ got ill with a chest infection for about a month and stopped buying them...ive put about 4lbs on, but i did eat myself stupid because i felt sorry for myself..lol - including my entire advent calendar - on 2nd December lol

..but seriously, im no spammer. I think people should be cautious when it comes to diet pills, especially if you've had any heart problems or anything...but they do work. I plomise.

What a stupid thread.

:iagree:
