if you're obese and need to learn good eating, and shed a lot of fat...its a good program.
if you're trying to gain lean muscle, skip it. it's specifically tailored for rapid fat loss, at the expense of potential muscle wasting.
Plus he makes no distinction between starchy carbs like bread, and fiberous carbs like veggies and fruits.
But its not the end all be all of fitness routines/books.
I found BodyRX by A. Scott Connelly to be a better program.
