Alright, not shure exactly what I am supposed to put in here but I have already lost 30lbs from just changing my diet. I just started working out again recently havent seen too much improvement, but I have alot more energy. which is good since i work night shift and that I dont think you ever get used to cause it always drains on you.
 
I forgot to add that I am looking to lose another 70lbs and get back down to 180lbs and size 32 pants. currently 250lbs 5' 7" and size 44 thought the 44s are getting really loose. 180 is my ideal weight no matter what those calculators say. I was at 20.5% or lower at 180. Guess I am just built alot stalkier than most people my height.
