hard gainer?

i read HOW TO GAIN MUSCLE FAST by anthony ellis and he basically said that people with thin wrists and ankles are on the whole hard gainers. i fall into that catagory should i be worried? what do u guys think?
 
lol I have really skinny wrists they are like matchsticks.
I also fall into the category of a hard gainer.

I have gained roughly a stone in 2 and a half months.

Don't be so defeatist......
 
I have super skinny wrists and yes it can be hard for me to gain weight but;

1) if you eat 500 calories over your BMR every day then you will gain weight. 2) If you follow a good gym routine then you will get stronger

It's just that for guys like us the process takes a little longer. So long as you don't lose faith and quit because gains are slower than others then you will get positive results in the end

Don't be worried.

As a matter of fact we have an awesome base for getting muscle because when bulking we can put muscle on and not a lot of fat.
 
i have bulked up quite a bit 5ft9 183lbs at the moment im doing 3 fullbody workouts a week and lots of cardio to try and cut to 170ish by june 25 (holiday) i eat very healthy so diet isnt an issue.i can still touch my thumb with my forefinger around my wrist so mabye i should work somemore on my fore arms.
 
diet is main issue with me, no way i can manage 3500 cals a day, i buy these now to help but im starting to get sick of drinkin for food, im rubbish cook i make all my meals so its down to me no parents help, ive read lv grocery list witch helps alot to. in the morning i have a oat shake that just makes me gag half the time lol.

Ive got skinny ass wrists. However i dont really consider myself as a "hardgainer". Just eat and train hard, not to mention SMART! and you will get there.
