Finally I've decided to get my act together and drop these excess kg's I'm carrying AGAIN. I've done the Cohens before and it worked a treat. But had a pretty rough year and lost the desire to to do pretty much anything. But now .... I'm back in the land of the living and I'm going to get with the program AGAIN 
My starting stats are:
26.11.07: 75.3kgs
26.11.07: Arm - 27.5cm; Bust - 103cm; Waiste - 82cm; Hips - 100cm Thigh - 57.5cm Total: 370cm
This weeks goals
Walk 30 minutes 3 days
Drink 1.5ltrs water a day
Weigh every morsal!!
Really looking forward to seeing the changes again. If anyone out there is starting over or just starting out join me and maybe we can help motivate and encourage each other.
