I can handstand, walk on hands, and press up:
having said that...
against the wall, doing press-up. not just standing. The press up develop the lil connector tissues.
then the 3 point, and slowly work towards bending and straightening your legs, practice breathing, and soon you will feel yourself gain confidence.
then move to a downward facing dog, and start going into a hand stand. getem up and then right back down in control.
then you put your hands flat, fingers wide open, let your legs spread util the weight begins, and lean into it. Focus your eyes on that third point (where the top of your head used ot be)
think strength, balance, lean- athlete.
and you will get it PB.
alot harder than pistols to learn, but not nearly as hard as you have worked to get the pistols you have.

yep! Just did it-- feet slightly wider than shoulders, bent over, placed hands, launched up into a stand, no movement of hands, toes pointed and took a nice deep breath!!! I am a bad mofo!!!
get some!!!!!
