hamstring injury

Just blew my hamstring playing tennis, anyone have any good articles on how to take care of it and obviously to strengthen and loosen it in the future.

Hamstring injuries are common among those with an anterior pelvic tilt. To find out if this is what you have simpy place a finger on the front of your hip bone (that bone that sticks out in front or your hips) and a finger from the other hand on the back of that bone (above your butt bone ont he same side). Now, if the finger that is in front is significantly lower than the one in the back then you may have an anterior tilt. It may look like your alway sticking your butt out. If this is tha case let me knoe and Ill give you some exercises you can do to fix this.
 
u can fix this?isnt it permanent? i would like to kno how to fix this..i have it minorly but it bothers me..
 
well i saw my doctor today and he told me nothing could be done...but im reading and hearing different stuff...ei42 seems to kno.. :)
