Hamstring injuries are common among those with an anterior pelvic tilt. To find out if this is what you have simpy place a finger on the front of your hip bone (that bone that sticks out in front or your hips) and a finger from the other hand on the back of that bone (above your butt bone ont he same side). Now, if the finger that is in front is significantly lower than the one in the back then you may have an anterior tilt. It may look like your alway sticking your butt out.
