Did not have a chance to get on here last night to list my food diary so here is what I had on 020907...i think...
2 cups coffee

2 eggs

1 slice pizza

my family is going sledding today and then we are going bowling this evening. It will be a fun filled day, get to spend time with the whole family (my husband, the boys, brother in law, cousins, nephews!) I can't wait. needless to say I probably won't get in any workouts.
 
wow you are doing so well with your calorie counting - i cant seem to get mine that low!
have fun sledging - i broke my sledge this year :( it smashed (it was plastic) on what we think may have been frozen horse poo

so now i am seldgeless
but now it doesnt matter because now it is raining so all of the snow is melting and turning into slushy icy yukky mess

Did not do to bad on calories today, ate dinner at the bowling alley and then had a piece of birthday cake. Sledding was fun and bowling was even better! My boys are soooo tired so they will sleep in good in the morning....I hope :) I plan on cleaning house and doing laundry Sunday but I will still get in some pilates and WATP.

Hubby just called and said that him and the boys want to take me out for dinner tonight for my bday....I hope that I have enough willpower to eat something some what healthy. I think we are going to a pizza place so I will probably order a salad and soup or maybe a turkey breast croissant(SP). Hopefully neither one of my boys order pizza!! I am really trying hard to be extra good this week cause this coming weekend I am going out with some friends to celebrate and I KNOW that I will be bad....
 
Well, last night we had Applebees instead so I had a spinach salad with grilled shrimp with a bacon vinagrette and 2 martini's. The salad was not to bad but the vinagrette was a little over powering so only ate about half of it....ummmm those martini's where goooood! So, I know that I went over yesterday in calories but I am going to use that as my high calorie day for the week.

We got about 8 more inches of snow last night and today, are supposed to get up to 15 inches today! So, this evening exercise will be shoveling again. I will do some pilates as well tonight.

We have 10-12 inches of snow right now and it is still snowing. Me and my husband and son all shoveled snow for 45 minutes today and we will be doing it again Wednesday. Not going to get in pilates cause my mother in law is staying with us for the night due to the weather. Oh well, the shoveling was a good work out.

Hope you don't get too much more snow. We are getting a little snow here today, but to the south of us is getting hit really hard. I think they estimate 50-70cm of snow before the storm is over.

Did well on the calories today, kinda been in a funk the last few days, did not eat very good yesterday. I need to get back into the workout mode again. Will make sure I do pilates and crunches tonight!! Get yourself motivated again Holly!!!!

I think it's just the time of year. I have been in a funk also. I did find that drinking more waer helped cheer me up, clear the mind. But still can't get into working out mode. Take care. Don't beat yourself up over it. Have a great weekend!

Today I will more than likely go over my calories. Tonight is my birthday party and we are going out for sushi and then drinks. I am really going to try to not over eat with the sushi but it is soooo yummy it will be hard not to do. I am going to eat good while at home today. Hope everyone has a great weekend...I will!! :)
 
Ok, sorry for the long get away...I have been busy around the house and not really getting on line much. I have been cleaning and organizing my house, going to birthday parties, and I am in the middle of redecorating my kitchen. I have still be counting calories, but no exercising. Still at about 180 lbs, on good days 178lbs. So, have not lost much but atleast I have not gained any back! I hope to be back on here everyday once my kitchen is done.

Glad to see you back. Congrats on maintaining. I've been stuck around 171 for the last few weeks, and it's nice for the scale NOT to go up.
