and to really make it interesting.. points will be deducted - for each day that people aren't on their program...

There's a book I read a while back - kind of a useless book but I love the title...

Do It! Let's Get Off Our Buts! by Peter McWilliams

No Buts this week - No excuses this week... Just DO IT!!! :D

/me cracks the whip...

As Tim Gunn on Project Runway says... "MAKE IT WORK!!"

I do have a technical question...

My sparkpeople page tells me I have a range for calories, carbs, fat, protien etc.

When you say stick to your plan...does that just mean calories if you're counting calories?

For instance, I am generally always in the range for my fat & protien, under for carbs, over for sodium and under for fiber. I normally really only look at the calories for the day.

How do I figure if I'm following the plan - do I have to get all those numbers right or just the calories?

keep the numbers reasonable... don't go too crazy trying to get everything to line up - i think i've only gotten potassium in the right range three times... what i'm really talking about is no going out for huge calorie fests or drinking binges.. still go out and socialize... but stay within limits :D

OK Mal, thanks for the clarification :)

I can NEVER get my fiber in range and I was worried ;)

sodium is important to me - so if my sodium is over for the day -- i don't consider myself on plan, even if my calories were good for the day.. so whatever your plan is... that's what you stick to :D

thanks for the challange

i feel like i have missed a whole lot of posting and reading. It has been a crazy couple of weeks. so i like the idea to sticking to the plan. thanks Mal.
