
I got up and knocked out 40 min on the NT. I think I need to load more music on the iPod, as its gettin a bit repetative. I snuck a peak on the scale today- its down so I hope its stays that way for weigh in on sat!

I am in Florida now. I was so dedicated to my team that I brought my scale with
I ate pretty good the last day and a half which is usually hard to do for me when we drive that far. I made sure that we brought very little snacks and only healthy ones. And losts of water. My feet are swollen now because of being in the car for 24 hours.
I am not sure if we need to exercise 6 days a week for the challenge, but because of traveling I did not get exercise in yet for today. If we go to the pool I will do laps.

Between work and school, I'm an extremely busy girl these days. I just did my long stretch of six 12 hour shifts with only 2 days off in between. I'm so exhausted. Unfortunately, I'm lacking in the exercise departmentI also haven't had much time to read and update on this page. Good to see everyone doing such a good job with their exercises and losing weight!
