Halfway there

I started to lose the weight I had gained a couple of years ago, now that I am done having kids. When I went into the hospital with my first baby, I had "eaten for two" during my whole pregnancy - everything in site. That means two sausage and egg mcmuffins for breakfast each day, and lots of DQ. Yea, I know. I was 265 pounds!!! Unbelievable. When I got pregnant with my son, I weighed 225. I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes, and I had to do insulin 2x per day. I didn't gain any weight during that pregnancy. I started to try to finally lose all that weight when my son was about 2. I started at 222 pounds, I am now around 193. I had gotten down to 177 and fell off the wagon. I think I found the wheels and have reattached them, so now I want to continue to get down to about 150.

Just stick to it and be consistent and you will see results
