Half way there!

So today I hit a total of 35 pounds lost. I am half way to my goal of 70 pounds! I have been falling behind in my college work and am working every day which has made getting to the gym tough. I was worried that when I slowed my workouts from every day to 2-3 times I week my weight loss would slow down. BUT I have been focusing on eating right, and I walk to school and work to help out with missing my workouts and the weight is still coming off steadily!

Incredible transformation! And your only half way there! Im sure i speak for everyone when i say congratulations and we cant wait to see your next set of pics when you reach your goal!

Wauww beautiful transformation You were a beautiful girl before and now you're even more beautiful You have beautiful lips keep doing the good work.

Bello Ellimac,

AYou are very pretty, and in the second picture prettier! Also you look like a very nice person, congratulations on you weight loss :)

I have been stuck at 187 (38 pounds down) for weeks. Can anyone give me any pointers of getting off this weight and continuing down?

Best advice I can give you is to not stop.

I was battling a plateau for 2 months just recently, but kept up with my routine every single day.

You may also want to check your calories. Make sure you're not getting too much or too little. You're probably aware of this already, but you need to tweak your calorie intake as you continue to lose weight.

My plateau is starting to break now. Just don't give up and you'll be fine, Elli :)

Sound advice. I've found that shocking your system is the best way to break a plateau. I've hit many on my journey and I've found that doing a new routine in the gym or changing your caloric intake can really be that little bit that you need to keep it moving.

Keep it up! As everybody has said, your eyes are fantastic!
