I hear you. going through the same thing here. Not starting over but need to get my self back on track here. counting sucks but it is necessary..I am not discounting believe me, I just don't want to ride the coattails of my former success so to speak.
are you consistant on your exercise though? It seems that you are not. Nutrition is easy enough.It is nutrition...the exercise part is easy enough, it is watching what I put in my mouth that is the hard part...

Follow c25K. i think that will be the best for you.I don't know where I am with running to be honest, every time I get started I hurt myself or end up having to take time off due to work. It goes in fits and starts which I can't stand. I need consistency here for it to work.
I am going to try the c25k program, that champion of couch potatoes everywhere, although with my current level of progress I think I am going to start in week 4 and see how it goes.
