Did someone get the number of that bus that hit me???

Man oh man am I sore today...in that good, I really feel like I accomplished something sort of way, but sore nonetheless.

I did a good weight workout Sat/Sun and got in some good cardio as well...I think that I have a tentative handle on my eating, if I could just get TOM to get the heck out of Dodge I will be in business...

Got my dress, I look cute :) all is well with the world...or as much as it can be...
 
So last night I went to the gym and managed to crank out 30 mins on the elliptical and 30 minutes on the stair climber. I was beat as heck when it was done but I felt so good :)

Just thought I would post that.

Think of it as my new and improvied identity like Cher or Elvis...I have no need for a last name!!
