Half of Me:The Story of Fat Girl Slim

I actually know several attys - and a doctor - with a page. What is the type for that, anyway? Inquiring minds wanna know.

Struck a nerve here- for that I am sorry.
Not sure what the type is- just that Ali does not seem like it. For what it is worth Angela, you do seem like the type. It is not necessarily a bad thing and I was kidding around in the post you quoted.

No worries and no offense taken. I knew you were kidding. I just really wanted to know how I fit the stereotype of MySpacers.

I do not mean to offend but i really do not believe that Myspace was set up with the 30 something crowd in mind.
Now mind you- if it is set up to keep track of family that you do not see much that makes perfect sense. I have just seen too many articles about people that were turned down for jobs because upon 'googling' the canidate a myspace page came up and was talking about the night of drunken debauchary that occurred. Or there were risque pictures or something. I just think myspace was developed for late teens- 20s.

When I was a child, I spoke like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child; when I became a man, I gave up childish ways.

This is actually my mantra to a point. My wife jokes that I never actually was a child and what am I giving up.....
I blieve that some things are for the young and should stay for the young.
Mind you- it is thoughts like this that are the reason I do not get invited to any really good parties.:D

Sweetie it takes way more than that to offend me. None taken, promise.

A talking sponge is not a childish thing...
That is really the only 'immature' thing I really do. I am a boring, dry person overall.

You are about to regress into a second childhood. It's inevitable with a little one around. The cool thing about that, though, is you get to experience stuff through their eyes. Makes it feel like the first time you've ever seen /experienced it.

The frightening thing is, it will be the first time for me.
Seriously- my childhood was all crap. I do not honestly remember liking anything related to being a kid.
I thought the games played in kindergarten were dumb- I actually remember teling my mother this. I never wanted to dress up for Halloween. I was pissed that the library wouldn't let me kn the adult section when i was 8- I hatedthe kids section.
This is going to be an interesting time for me.

Yes it is. You're not alone, either. Mike worked a lot as a kid so he missed out on stuff. We took the kids to the circus a couple weeks ago - it was the first time he'd ever been.

Totally off topic but did anyone see that somewhere along the way I became a senior member???

I shudder to think that means anything other than the fact that I post way too much :D
