Skipped my morning exercise i was just too tired. I am still going to the gym tonight .
For some reason I felt super hungry today, right after I ate my lunch I could have eaten it again twice over...
Had to stop at the grocery store to pick up milk and I almost broke down. I was eyeing a white milk chocolate bar or a bag of oatmeal cookies... and i was eyeing it for a long time!!! Then I walked out with a bag of sugar free fat free hard candy, 40 cals/5 piece. I am proud of myself for that. But boy it was hard to convince myself!!!!
Anyway another hour at work and I am on my way to the gym. We'll see what tomorrow's weigh in will bring, I feel that a lot of water is leaving me today...

I even know why. I overdid my exercises again. I was exercising twice a day for 3 weeks straight and it caught up to me. I do know I need rest days but I was not following common sense. And anyway when I have a rest day the next time my work-out rocks. 
We have both made too much progress to start back pedalling now!
