I did a brief research. It seems it would take some considerable effort on my part to try this diet , starting with getting a food processor and a powerful blender... and some ingredients i am not so used to yet (I don't mind trying, I just don't want to use 1 tbs of something and throw it out). i can definetely increase the amount of raw vegetables and fruits in my food intake. I think I am going to start there for now.
Yes, I totally understand. I have a raw restaurant in my town to go to if I want something fancy, and a Natty Food store with the most raw organic packaged goodies I have ever seen if I want something to crunch on. As for making my own stuff.....I have a spiralizer for making raw zucchini noodles and I have a Quizinar for blending. I also have 5 books on the subject for motivation. But yes, ANY increase in raw foods is great--alkaline foods, baby! they really help cure lots of ailments. In fact, I noticed that traditional Chinese medicine sort of plays by a lot of raw food recommendations....
Good luck to you!
