I started focusing on my protein intake again, kind of like a mini-bonus just for myself. Yesterday I had to supplement with powder just to reach 70 gr. I couldn't figure anything out and I only had about 100 cal to spare, so I just mixed frozen fruit, water and protein powder in my blender. It wasn't the most tastiest thing I ever had but not the worse either... LOL I have not found a protein powder that would NOT taste powdery once I mix it with something.
This morning I was 146.6!!!

Now, I did not get discouraged but checked on my salt intake and it was way over again yesterday now second day in a row, so I know it is extra water plus I am very close to ovulation which causes me to retain enormous amount of water as well.
Last night the ladies in the gym complimented on the fact that I am one of the few who actually works up a great sweat while exercising!! It helps that I drink over 90 oz fluid during the day before I get to the gym so I have something to sweat out.
I am very focused again, worked on my food menu for the next week for hours yesterday trying to find a good balance of protein, fat , carbs while watching the amount of calories. It takes a lot of planning and is so time consuming. Trying not to repeat the same foods over and over because that makes me fall off the wagon easily.
The other night i made oatmeal cookies!! I tweaked and twisted the recipe until I got to 40 cal/cookie. Now they are not your average oatmeal cookies but satisfied my temporary weakness for my sweat tooth!!
Ok, I just had my breakfast, have to pick up the house a little bit and go on my way to the gym!!!
