its amazing how busy you are, but you always get ur exercise in. Its great that you make that a priority! I was reading your previous post and it reminds me of myself in the past "1 step forward, 2 steps back", but I am determined not fall off, and reading ur journal, and knowing the similiar struggles and success you have had is quite motivating. So, now you know YOU have to keep going so I can keep going LOL
Yarmiah, thank you for your support, I promise I will keep going, nothing makes me happier than to know I helped somebody else to keep on track and reach their goals!!
As to being busy and finding time for exercise I have to give more credit to hubby than myself. He makes it possible. He is extremely supportive although he is not the kind to constantly praise me how good I am doing or how good I look, but every time I need him to do things around the house or watch our daughter so I can take some time to exercise he does it with no complaints. He adjusts his schedule frequently to allow me to have more free time and also many times he is rushing home from work so I can make it in time to the gym. He understands how important this is to me. Like last night : I told him I only have enough time to do one of the following : either cook dinner for him or get my exercise in. He did not even think twice and said , just go get my exercise in, he will take care of his dinner. How can you not love that??
Of course he enjoys the benefits too.
The biggest changes in me are not the physical aspect of it but the mental aspect. I was a miserable 200 lb person. I had no self-respect or self-confidence and I was bitter at myself so I was bitter to the world. Now it is a lot different!!!!
