Hey Hajni,
Your meals and exercise are looking good!

I guess I was a little on the lazy side today - again. I did take a walk, but it took all of 10 min. there and 10 min. back (just 1/4 of a mile to my inlaws and back.) :sigh:

It is that time of the month where I get headaches and just need to nap. Ugh!
 
Weigh in day today.

Weigh in day for me. NOthing spectacular to report. Kind of disappointed, but I believe some of it is this bloating I have. I was really hoping to get into the 150's but there is always next week.:)
So I lost 0.8lb this week, body fat measurement confirms 0.8 lb of fat loss , at least I know the whole amount of loss was from body fat and not muscle.
I will take my start weight for the Halloween challenge on Sept. 1st Saturday but I would like to keep my regular weigh-in days for Thursdays. Tammy if you read this, is that an option? Thanks.
I have been getting compliments from relatives and co-workers what is always a good feeling on days when your scale is just not cooperating.
I skipped my running this morning, I was just so darn tired.
Have boot camp tonight and I will get there early so I can do some treadmill before and after the class making sure I burn at least 600 cal today.

You are probably toning up and not losing as much fat right now. You will be in the 150's soon!

Ok, so today was good, except work bored me but that is nothing new. the website was down, so I entered my food and such to word and I just going to copy it here.

Breakfast: 2 rye bread (70), 1 tbs p.butter (100), ½ tbs wheat germ(10), 1 tbs sugar free jelly (10), 3/4 c. Kashi protein cereal (100), ½ c. ff milk (45), 1 tbs almonds (35), 15 grapes (25), 5 p.butter filled pretzels (70) = 465
Snack: 1 banana (95)
Lunch: 1 Amy’s Lasagna (310), 2 c. lettuce (10), 1 peach (70), 1 ff pudding (60)=450
Snack: ¾ c. Special K protein cereal (100), 1/2c. milk (45), 1 tbs almonds (35) = 180
Dinner: 2 rye bread (70). Quorn chicken patty (150), 2 c. lettuce (10)= 230

Total calories for the day : 1420

Exercise: 3.75 miles on the elliptical and 35 min. boot camp, burnt 750 calories.

Funny you said that about the 159... you know I take my weight every day and guess what.. 159.8 (I know, not much of a difference..LOL) today. So my starting weight for the halloween challenge tomorrow will be under 160 YAY.
I got my lazy butt out of my bed this morning and did a 35 min on the treadmill, only burning 300 cal though. I have to burn 450 tonight..

Yeah it is a big deal but it totally distracts me because that 1/2 lb can come back just by drinking water or anything so but if you see my ticker today it says 180.5 because it was exactly inbetween the 180 and 181 as in before it kept bouncing around.
Anyway GL with the challange and a big CONGRATS on seeing 150's thats all new territory now lol can't wait to get there myself.Have agr8 weekend Tammy

You're definitely not lazy! I still haven't exercised yet today. Had an impromptu interview, so I decided to call the hair dresser and have an impromptu hair do done. ;)

I am going down soon or else I feel like I won't get to sleep tonight. Maybe I should take a bike ride, it's really nice outside tonight.
 
Today is a good day

Ok now, today was good, mostly because IT IS FRIDAY AND IT IS A 3 DAY WEEKEND.
I get so tired by this time of the week, no exercise motivation left. But I think I will still push myself...

So anyway, food for the day. It is definetely helping me to keep track of my calories again... this way I think twice to pick up a p.butter filled pretzel that my DD half ate and finish it...LOL

Breakfast: 1 rye bread (35), 1 tbs p.butter (100), 1 c. ff milk (90), 1 scoop protein powder (110), 1/2c, frozen blueberries (40) = 375
Snack: 1 peach (70)
Lunch:1 1/2 Quorn Chicken Cutlets (120), ½ c. spinach (20), ¾ c. ff milk (67), Steamed carrots and veggies (120), 20 grapes (33) = 360
Snack: 1 ½ oz hummus (75), 5 slices of melba toast (100) = 175
Dinner: 1 ½ c. vegetable soup (100), ½ c. ff cottage cheese (80), 1 tbs almonds (50) 1 kiwi (50), 1 s rye bread (35), 1 pudding (60) = 425
Dessert: 1 fruit bar (25), 1 diet hot chocolate (50) = 75

Total calories for the day : 1480

Exercise: 35 min on treadmill, incline 5, speed 3.6 mi/hr = 300 cal burn. I will do some more tonigh and came back to update.
UPDATE: Did 40 min of my own "boot-camp", burning 350 cal.
Total calories burned with exercise : 650

Calorie Deficit: 966

Busy Saturday

I was busy today, running around grocery shopping, cooking and then our friend came over for a visit and just left. I still have to give a bath to DD and take a shower and get ready for tomorrow...so I decided that today is the rest day for exercising. I tried to keep my calories low for the day.

Breakfast: 2 waffles (150), 2 tbs walnuts (100), 1 c ff milk (90), 4 tbs ff whip cream (30), 1 kiwi (50), 1 jello (10), coffee (60) =490
Snack: 2 skinny cow ice cream sandw. (200) :eek:
Lunch: 2 c. lettuce (10), 2 s rye bread(70), 1.5 slice swiss cheese(90), ½ c ff milk (45), 1 ff plain yogurt (80), ½ c. frozen strawberries (25) =320
Snack: 1 pudding (60), ½ serving wheat crackers (100) = 160
Dinner: 1 apple (100), 1 peach (70) = 170


Total calories for the day : 1340

Exercise: well, decided to take a rest day today.

Calorie Deficit: 460 cal.
 
hello hajni, looks like you did pretty good for taking a rest day. I am back home and ready to rock out this month. I talked to dh too and he's doing a lot better we also talked on how we would work things out if the worsed happens and he gets kicked out of the army. he has a plan of action so as not to stress me out anymore then I am already. he also said he was sorry that he didn't confide in me before it got to this point. anyways i'm feeling a lot better. hope you had a great weekend. i'll talk to you soon. have fun w/dd and dh
 
You eating looks very healthy, lots of fruits diary and good fat. I need to start eating a handful of nuts myself. I too found it hard to find time to exercise today. Keep up the good work!

Had a great Sunday. Cleaned my car, my house, watched a movie with DH, did my exercises and cooked. Was pretty busy but I did not mind today as I don't have to go to work tomorrow!! YAY

So food was good, exercise was good today. Drank all my water, then some tea...

Breakfast:
½ reduced fat blueberry muffin (230), 4 oz egg whites (60), ½ red onion (15), 1 c. strawberries (45), 1 s rye bread (35), 1 tbs sugar free jelly (10), coffee (60) = 455
Snack: nothing I got busy cleaning my car
Lunch: 1 reduced carb pita bread. (130), 2.8 oz baked lite firm tofu (40), 1 c ff milk (90), 1 tbs choc. Syrup (12) 2 c. lettuce (10), 2 radishes (2), 30 grapes (48) = 332
Snack: 1 skinny cow ice cream sand (100), 1 servings of wheat thins (130) = 230
Dinner: 1 c. vegetable soup (100), 1 s rye bread (35), 1 red. Fat swiss cheese (60), 1 c. strawberries (45), ¾ c ff milk (70) = 310
Dessert: 1 jello pudding (60)

Total calories for the day : 1390

Exercise: 20 min. turbo jam, 13 min. boot-camp (1 round), 38 min running (3miles) = 700 cal. burn

Calorie Deficit: 1110
 
we are going to a barbeque later today. I am not afraid of overeating, the main food is always meat, and i don't eat that. I am going to bring a dish from home to eat, and made some cookies that i won't eat either. Two Ritz crackers with peanut butter inside and rolled into chocolate. It is awesome and everybody loves but it is sooo many calories.... I always pass...

I love those things! Well have fun today.

My friend Bellaryna (from the forums) is coming over today and we are going to have our own picnic. Then take the kids to the park. :)
We will get in some nature trails too - if the mosquitoes don't carry us away!
 
I stayed within my planned calorie range

So, I just came back from the barbeque and i did not do as good as planned, but stayed within my calorie range for the day. But I can not eat dinner or any more snack or nothing for the day. It is ok, it's 5.45 pm anyway.
I had one of my cookies I made, I have no idea how many calories, it can't be much but I tried to be conservative and assigned 100 calories to it. It only has like 1/3 of tbs of peanut butter.
Anyway, the food for the day, within calorie range but way away from healthy,

Breakfast: 1 c ff milk (90), 1 c. Special K cereal (130), ½ c. strawberries (25 ), 1 tbs walnuts (50), 1 ww bread (40), 1 tbs sgf jelly (10), 1 coffee (60) = 405

Snack: 1 c. ff milk (90), ½ c frozen stawberries (40), 1 c. frozen blueberries (80)= 210

Lunch/Dinner: ½ c whole wheat pasta (130), 2 Yves meatless lemon chicken skewer (200), 15 grapes (25), small(really it was tiny) slice strawberry short cake (250) , 2 half deviled eggs (115), 1 plum (35) =755
Snack: 1 p. butter filled ritz crackers chocolate covered (100?) = 100
Dinner: NONE

Total calories for the day : 1470
This might be more as I only estimated the strawberry shortcake calories.
Exercise: 45 min. turbo jam, 40 min running (3 miles) = 850 cal. burnt

Calorie Deficit: 1180 cal. This might be totally different as most of my food calories were estimates.

Water : 96 oz.
 
It looks like you did really well! I would've done way worse.
