Howdy Haj,
LOL thats weird I was digging in my cubbard
and found my diet swiss miss hot chochlate and made me a glass
then gave the most of it to my son,it's hard to drink it when it's hot
outside.Nice comeback with the icecream fitting it into your cals instead
of going over by a bunch Like I tend to do @ times.Hope you have a wonderful day and HECK yeah 5 hours walkimg at the fair gr8 workout!

Thanks Tammy for visiting!! Yes, it was the swiss miss hot chocolate too. I was looking for something that would fill me up but only minor calories. Hot tea does that too. i don't put any sweatener in it, it is some kind of fruit tea, but boy it fills me up for a long period of time. Something to do with being a hot fluid I am sure.

So today is going well, although not over yet. I won't be able to update tonight , will be busy later. I did not count calories today, went by feeling, I think I am ok to go. And i got all my water in!! It is hard to get the water in on the weekends especially if I go somewhere. I have to go every 20 min, my body did not get used to the increased amounts...
Breakfast: French toast made with fat free milk, fat free cream cheese, cinnamon powder, egg whites...etc.
Snack: nothing
Lunch: 1 c. homemade soup with 2 slices ww bread, 1 slice reduced fat swiss cheese, 1 orange
Snack: strawberry shake: 1 c. fat free milk, 1 c. frozen strawberries (so Yummy) only 140 cal.
Dinner: a big bowl of lettuce, tomatos cucumbers with 3 oz. baked tofu, 1 pita bread, 1 peach

Exercise: 35 min. turbo jam, 3.25 miles running, came to 750 cal. burnt.
 
A little bummed out this morning, my weight is 161.8, 1.4 lbs higher than yesterday. I know the fluctuations, but got used to seeing it going down, or at least hold not to jump up so much..
It has happened though before and I lost it by my weigh in day.
Hoping that will happen again.
Ran this morning for 35 min, 2.5 miles, 300 calories burnt.
Boot-camp is tonight.

My weight is up too, but it's that time of the month. I know I didn't eat enough yesterday for it to still be up from the movie theater popcorn, but I'm doing my best to stay on track.

Dh suggested we go out for ice cream today - I said no way!!!!

It is a nick-name for a class at my gym. Surely feels like it!! A 30 min. cardio class including weights also, kicks the butt for sure. Have it twice a week, Mon-Thurs. I take my HRM with me and average burn 300-350 calories. We used to call it "spring training", then spring came and went... so now it is just Boot-camp. It is funny too, we are all sweating and huffing and puffing, bunch of girls....:)

Don't sweat the scale your doing great and looking at your menue and exersices it may be muscle gain!!So just wait and see.Have a gr8 day Tammy

Sounds like fun!!!

I didn't get anything in yet today, and I probably won't. I just don't feel good after not sleeping - but maybe get the dog out for a walk later.

Today turned out to be good. I almost did not make it to my boot-camp class, hubby was working far away from home and couldn't pick up DD from the babysitter, but got home just in time for me to make it...
Breakfast: : 1 c. fat free milk, 1 c. Special K cereal, 2 tbs walnuts, 1 tbs raisins
Snack: 1 orange
Lunch: Lean Cuisine, 2 c. lettuce+tomatoes, 1 c. canteloupe
Snack: 2 tbs low fat sour cream, 5 stalks of celery
Dinner: 2 c. lettuce+tomatoes+cucumber, 1 tbs salad dressing (Newman's Own, light honey mustard), 3 oz baked lite tofu,
1c. lentil soup. 1 kiwi
Dessert: 1 fat free jello, 2 tbs ff whip cream

Exercise: 35 min. running, 300 cal burnt, boot-camp (200 cal ?), elliptical 2 mi. 250cal burnt = 750.

Yeah, I think you are both right. I know I did not overdo it on Sunday, to gain 1.4 lb overnight.... LOL So I don't know why I get so discouraged every time I see something like this on the scale. And I am the first one to advise others not to weigh themselves every day... LOL. I need to follow my own advices!!

Had all intention to go to bed early last night, but did not make till like 11.00 pm, and then I got up to run this morning at 5.30am.
Well, I was dragging myself and couldn't really start out running.. I put the incline on 4 and speed 3.6mi/hr for 2.5 miles, then ran the last 0.5 miles, still burned 400 cal. When I was just walking I was doing upper-body exercises also a little bit to raise my heart-rate up, and it worked...

My food and exercise for the day.

Today is good, I still need to get some exercise done after my daughter goes to bed around 8.30
Breakfast:: 2 rye bread (70), 2 tbs sugar free jelly (20), 1/2c ff cottage cheese(80), shake :1c. ff milk, 1c frozen strawberries(140),coffe :60 total: 370
Snack:: 1 kiwi (50)
Lunch: : Lean Cuisine Pizza (320), 2 c. lettuce (10), ff jello(10), ff whip cream(30) : 370
Snack: 2 rice cakes.(100) 1.5 tbs p.butter (150) = 250
Dinner: : 2 low carb tortilla (100), tofu, green pepper, garlic, stir fry, little oil, non-fat cheese, 1 tsp reduced fat sour cream (180)
2. c lettuce (10), 1 peach (60)= 350
dessert:: sugar free pudding (60)

Total for the day: 1450, Edit: Just had a small snack about 70 cal, so new total : 1520.

Exercise: so far 3 mi on the treadmill, 400 cal burnt,
Planning to do 35 min turbo jam and some strenght exercises later.
Will update how it went.

EDIT: Did 35 min turbo jam and some strenght exercising involving my exercise ball and dumbells. burn another 350 cal, total 750 for the day.

Deficit from food: 280, exercise: 750 : 1030 for the day.

Looks like another great day! I see you got
some fat free whip cream that stuff is umbelievable and
that+jello feels sorta like your cheating but your not lol!

Thanks SweatPea. My day was ok, i have been on track lately, except my pizza night but I think I made up for that in exercise the same day.

I am extremely bloated today

I think this bloating started on Monday when all of a sudden I measured 1.4 lbs more than the previous day. And it is still not gone. I know I retain water around my ovulation as well as around TOM but now it has been 3 days. I always had trouble with my cycle, it is so messed up. I wish my body just would make up its mind and this bloating feeling would disappear. I am supposed to ovulate anywhere in the next few days, and this is too early for me for water retention yet.
AAAARG it is going to mess with my weigh in day tomorrow. It is so annoying!!
 
Hey Hajni, Hope your weigh in tomorrow isn't to affected by the bloating. I hate that feeling too so I know how it is. Anyways hope your day goes great. I need to really up my exercise today as I hurt yesterday from doing so much cardio that I didn't really exercise yesterday except walking in the store as we had to go get dog food for our puppies.. lol anyways hope you have a great day. see you online soon if i can get my computer to charge for me.

I hope your weigfh in goes good and if it's not the best you have a good reason and no need to worry.I always bloat ect but I am lucky in the NO CRAMPING lol.I hope you have a nice day and becareful with the nasty cravings that goes along with it.Tammy
 
Heather, Tammy thanks for visiting. My weight will be influenced by my bloating tomorrow, something is just does not feel right. It is not time for TOM and for ovu. it is going on for too long now. We'll see in a couple of days.
I started keeping track of my calories again. See if I do better this way.

Food for the day:
Breakfast: 1 pk oatmeal (160), 1 tbs raisins(60), 1 slice rye bread (35), 1 c. milk (90), 1 slice red. fat swiss cheese(60), coffee (75) : 480
Snack: apple (125)
Lunch: Lean Cuisine three bean chili or something (290), 2 c lettuce (10), 1 plain ff yogurt(80) = 380
Snack: 1 carb free tortilla baked in oven, (50), 1/4 c. salsa (10), ff pudding (60) = 120
Dinner: 2 slices rye bread (70), 1 c. broccoli (40), 1 veggie burger (140) = 250
Dessert: : 1 jello (10), 4 tbs ff whip cream (30) = 40

Total for the day: 1395

Exercise : walking on the treadmill 45 min at 5 incline, 3.6mi/hr speed, burning 350 cal.
Will do turbo jam and something else for 400 calories tonight, will update later. EDIT: Did 20 min turbo jam and ran a good 2 miles, burning a total of 400 cal. Total caloried burned : 750.
