Gym routine Monday/Friday

Hellooo. I know there are alot of routines on here but I only work out Monday morning and Friday. Sometimes wednesday and sunday. I also ride bike trials in between so thats like a big form off cardio as its a very tiring sport. Im wondering what would be the best routine for me. Lets just say I go friday and Monday for 1 hour and 30 mins. I try to do 30 mins cardio on stepers/rowing machine. 30 mins on heavy weights for arms and stomache. 15 mins off leg weights. If anyone off you want to know about bike trials go on


You will see how much weight if needed and you need to be fit and it also keeps you fit :) I will ride trials atleast 2 hours a night. :)

If I do decide to go to the gym on the odd occasion should I stick to what ide normaly do?
 
Should not be working upper twice as much as lower body.

I'd do

Monday,
Deadliftss
Military Press
Pullups

Friday,
Squats
Bench
Bent Over Rows

Don't waste time on curls if you were tihnking of it.
