Guideon's diary of change

Hey, sounds like you're doing great! Don't worry about not losing when you are near the start of an exercise routine. WHen I started 30 Day Shred I stayed the same weight for 3 weeks. Then dropped a good bit (at least what's a good bit for me in my 'journey') on the 4th week. I am planning to start Insanity after finishing my Ripped in 30 DVD

Insanity is great, you will be dripping with sweat and feeling so great when you're done, I love it.

Start of a new week, hopefully with some weight loss this time.
Have to find a way to squeeze in two running workouts in my (allready busy) schedule. I really don't want to drop any P90X or Insanity workouts I have planned, so I'm considering getting up earlier to do my at home workouts in the morning, and go running after work.

Loving your determination!!! Good job!! & awesome workout!

I should defo learn from you - I need to pick myself up & just continue - I can't help but being angry at poor scale lol.

Have a fab week!

Thanks for the support ladies :)

So first day of working out in the morning, got up an hour ealier than I normally would, and did Insantiy pure cardio.
Felt pretty good. Hoping I made the right choice to do my Insantiy in the morning and leaving the running for later. It is supposed to rain again later today (seems like summer is gonna be awol all year). Hopefully I can get my running in before that.
Also did my scheduled P90X routine yesterday, but couldn't find the strength to do abs afterwards, so have to make up for that later in the week :D

So, just went running, weather was really nice, thank god :).
Have to pace myself to stick to the newb-running schedule, I want to do more, but I know I have to be sensible about this, take it a step at a time (literally :D). No sense in overdoing it and getting myself hurt.
So Thursday again a "double-day", workout in the morning, running in the afternoon/early evening

Keep working out like this and the diet portion of the plan can be summed up as: eat lots! :D

Great job on the activity levels.

Double-day again :D
First part completed: Insanity Plyo Cardio Circuit.

Also weigh in today: 205,2 lbs (93 kg). The loss is minimal (0.8lbs), but silver lining: it is a loss.
Had a look back at my previous program (which was Insanity), I lost around 4 lbs the first 4 weeks and I'm right on that number now (after three weeks), so pretty good actually. If I can keep up (weightloss wise) with the previous round, I should be right around the 200 lbs mark at the end of june.
Pretty excited :)

and part II of double-day is also done.

I'm really looking forward to the next few weeks when the intensity of my running schefule is going up, this week was kinda easy (even though part of my quads are a bit sore after running) :)

P90X Legs and back done.
Tomorrow I'm going on a walk with my parents again.
Sunday back to the runninge schedule (and an ab workout, to make up for skipping it wednesday).

Tonight: shopping for some more running outfits :coolgleamA:

Guideon, are you doing Insanity, P90X, running, AND other exercises concurrently?? Holy crap that's a TON of working out. Great job!
Like MrVee said, that kind of workout schedule will allow you to eat a LOAD of food. :D

I appear to like working out now, who would have thought that a few years ago? :D
I can eat more yes, but still with moderation off course.

Next week wil be a "slow" week: it's recovery time. So no double-days, and mostly strech and recovery workouts (I think my stationary bike will see some use), allthough I will be continuing with my running schedule.

Tonight I'm awarding myself a beer or two :)
