grippers

i recently bought grippers and i was wondering , how is the proper way of using them, should i keep them held for a certain amount of time , or like squeeze, release, squeeze, release etc.

please be specific

There is no set way of using them.. I don't think they offer enough resistance, so I would use squeeze, hold, release.
 
I hold them for 30sec, rest 60 sec.

Do that eight times. If that's too easy, try 40s hold, or 50.

If it's too easy at 60s hold, you need to get Captains of Crush.
 
This is what I have, it's totally adjustable. The grippers you find in department stores are worthless, not nearly enough resistance.
 
A few last options:

Take two 10lbs plates and pinch them together.
Stand with a loaded barbell in your hands.
Wrap a towel around a pull-up bar.
Do your deadlifts and rows with a thick bar.

what do u mean by pinch to 10lbs playes together???
 
Take two ten pound plates, stand them up and put them together with the flat side out. Then squeeze the plates together with one hand and lift them off the ground.
