Hi everyone. I just took some photos today and thought I would share them. I took my before photos in January but I didn't get off my butt and start doing something about it until some time in March. So this is progress after about 3 months.

My goal is to get down to about 185. I am certainly in cutting mode but I am doing some weight training in the gym to keep as much muscle as I can. I think once I cut the fat then I can work on really building up the muscle. I'd love to be 200 pounds and 10% body fat. I will have to do that to try to fill out some of the loose skin slack.

What details do you want? I have been eating on average at a 1500 calorie/day deficit for the last three months. I eat lean proteins, lots of vegetables, some fruits, and have cut out almost all simple sugars besides fruits, breads, rice, potatoes, etc. I still eat some carbs and usually have a snack of some multigrain crackers or (my favorite) goldfish crackers but I limit it to only an ounce or two. I do drink red wine on the weekends and count every calorie. My diet averages out to about 20-30% fat, 30-40% protein and 40-60% carbohydrates depending on the day. In order to maintain my deficit I run about 5-6 miles a day 6 days a week. I also do some elliptical training at the gym 4-5 days a wee (30-45 min)k and lift free weights for upper body about 3 days a week for 30 minutes each.
