Hey guys I joined a few days ago this is my first post for my diary. Basicly I've been running for about a week. This is not my first time taking a stab at weight loss. Long story short in highschool I lost about 130 pounds and it changed my life.

I gained it back in college, I'm now 22 and ready to lose some of it again. I'm at 285 right now I plan to get to 215.

Been running a mile a day on weekdays only. Everything would be fine cept my left knee is very sore. It really slows me down other than that my lungs and muscles are fine. Its pretty annoying. Anyway today I had a slimfast, too many chips at a mexican resturant and a fajita salad. Thats the last time I got to a mexican resturant cause the salads aren't healthy and the chips kill me.

Anyway Tomorrow I Plan on eating much better.
 
Hey! Welcome to your diary! Wooot!!!! Sad to hear you gained it all back mate, but glad to hear your ready to lose it all, trying my best to lose all mine too.
 
Hey guys I just ran a mile. I feel pretty good I changed up the course i was running on, less up and down hill. My knees are killing me.

TIP TO KNEW JOGGERS. If you have NIke schocks, you should not jog in those. I did some reseach and found out that Nike shocks are not good for running in, especially if you are overweight, you might as well run in highheels. I am excited though bout to go get a pair of shoes taht fits me right so my knees wont kill me.
