gpucci's before(kinda)/during

Wow.. Thanksgiving (in the USA) really killed me.. Still hovering around 170...

It's weird, because I always seem to cheat on the weekends now, and I cannot stop. I was a chronic overeater, and binge eater. I love food.. REALLY love food. Seems on Monday I am at about 171, than after working out during the week Thurs, or Friday I am back at 168.. Than it's the same come monday. I am back at 170 or so lol..

This week I promised myself no bad eating on the weekend. Maybe I will stay busy and xmas shop or something?

I can relate to the binge eating.. Ill do great for the week then come the weekend I go bizzerk like its my last chance to eat or something lol.. Mind you since I have started its only been almost 2 weeks.. i havent binged yet... its still early though! But like you said its good to try and keep busy! Which lately i have been so that helps with not going bizzerk!!! lol :)

The weightloss is something I've wanted to do for me for a long time, ya' know? I don't have any super extreme self-image issues, I'd just love to be thinner. Especially now that my mom is thinner than I am and she rubs it in my face LOL.

You look amazing! What an incredible change in such a short amount of time! You must work your ass off! You're quite the attractive guy. ;)

I like the sweaters too lol. But I have interesting taste. Haha we both have sweater pics!

I'm sure you'll reach your goal in no time. What a great way to start the new year. Girls will be drooling all over you... Keep up the good work.

I am still working at it. This morning I was at 166.1.. Not sure if it was because I didn't have a lot of water last night or what lol.
 
Hey man i'm similar to you. I'm 5'9 and i started my diet at 215. I'm now at about 200. My goal is to be in the 160's Can you give me some tips on how mnay calories you ate and your workout?
