gotta start some how

So my boyfriend gets back from iraq in march. Everynight i have this dream of him comming through the air port and me running to him but he cant lift me cause im to fat. I cant get it out of my mind. Im 18 years old. Im 5'4. my weight sounds more then i look just cause i do have a lot of muscel but i am also large. i weigh 165 lbs. id love to be 130. So i wanted to track what i ate today and do this everyday and get peoples ideas.
i had a turkey in a whole grain peta for lunch with water. I also had a propell at work, and for dinner a spinich artochoke lean pocket cause i was in a rush to get to aspen. I work out everyday. about an hour of cardio, i do a lil running, a lil bikeing, and a lil eliplical. I also do weights. This evening for a snack i had a pomergranit. It was a low cal day i just wasnt very hungry i feel like i might be getting sick :(
