got my power rack!!!

i order my body solid power rack last saturday, it came in yesterday and i set it up this afternoon. got rid of my old saw horses earlier in the week. LOL

it cost me $299 with free shipping. i had to get the smallest one i could find because the room i workout in is about the size of a large closet. :p
 
nice work abear. work out hard on that mother.
 
mainly for safety. i lift alone and have no one to help me if i run into trouble. like on bench presses, if i cant get the bar back up it i can lower it onto the safety poles and be able to slide out from under it.

same for squats. if i get stuck in the bottom position i would be able to get out from under it.
 
Kick a$$, I'm comin over to use it. I'll have to be careful not to break it, I lift A LOT!
