Back Now
I've been away for awhile, but i'm back now.
Until yesterday I havent "worked out" since saturday, and even then it was just a 2 mi walk/run mix.
Been having a tough time lately; adjusting to my boyfriend being gone is really rough. I don't seem to have motivation for anything. I've been eating bad, not over eating, just eating crappy food. And obviously i haven't been working out like i was.
Regardless of what i've done/ haven't done, today is friday and it is weigh in day.
I stepped on the scale and it showed 139.6.
I was shooting for 138, but that was when i was actually working out and eating right. At least i didnt gain...
I started getting back on track yesterday (kind of), I did Core Synergistics and Kenpo X (2 hour work out), but i ate a crappy dinner afterwards so it was a loss cause.
List of things for me to do:
Eat more frequently, but stay within my allotted calories
Drink more water (water and powerade zero is all i drink, but i'm not drinking enough through out the day)
Continue my P90X
Run/walk 3-4 miles every other day
Stay positive!
I have something else to use as motivation... I might be getting married as early as August! I just need to get through this tough time, and lose some weight... I dont want to be an overweight bride! Anyway, i dont want to get into details of everything (since it's not weight loss related), but its all very exciting.
