Hey guys and girls,
I feel pretty good today. I eat breakfast at 6:00am 2 egg yolks and 4 egg whites, 1p. of cheese. Heading out to do alittle work. I hope not to fall in the traps that wait for me out there(McDonald, Wendys, KFC etc). I weighed today and was down to 367lbs.I have been on this plan 3 days and know the first week alot of water weight will fall off, but a pound is a pound. I am in the first foot steps of a wonderful walk to get my life back.Me,Me,Me,Me,Me
