Im 15 years old and i used to wrestle and play football, but now im focused on rugby. I used to go to weight room at my school almost 3 times a week adn work mostly upper body, but i havent gone in a couple months. Im planning on going to weight room on mondays tuesdays and thursdays, adn i need a good solid workout. i used to work out spiratically nad it didnt help much. Im, 5' 11" and about 145 pounds. Im planning on spending about an hour and a half in the gym on those days. right now i can bentch about 130, adn curl about 30 pounds. Anyone got anything?
