Good tricep set

I have been searching this forum for a good tricep set or the name of the workout where you put one knee of the bench and bring your arm back? I currently dont do any tricep sets I just rely on compounds can anyone tell me the name of that?!?! or show me a site to make sure its the right workout.
 
Yeah they are called "kickbacks." But if you want to do tricep exercises i wouldn't really focus on those much, it would be better to do some dips, close grip bench presses, dumbbell and/or barbell extensions lying down, maybe some pushdowns at the very end of the workout to finish it off.

O wow, very nice I have always seen people post those sites where it shows him doing that but never knew the home page!!! alright extensions will do and close grip bench!
 
tricep kickbacks suck. I wouldn't do them, ever...unless you're showing someone what not to waste their time on.

close grip bench, skull crushers, extensions, and pressdowns. occasionally bench dips. That should be all you need to adequately work the triceps.

Thats what im talking about!

Good Advice. You can hit the triceps on Chest day after your chest exercises. You will pre-exhaust them while doing chest and then trash them with 6-8 sets after doing chest.
