Good eats... at least, they once were.

Oh man. I just got all of my papers and work done for english. I had to get them done earlier in the day because I start a new class today. SDV (try saying that out loud... sounds dangerously close to STD.:blush5: I'd better just say "Student Development" haha...) class. My sister says it's ridiculously easy, and it probably will be... but I'm not going to count my chickens before they hatch. I hope it'll be easy, but I'm not counting on it.

ooookay I forgot to click post on this last night... but my classes went really well! My teacher for my new class is like REALLY nice. He's awesome. He brought candy and gave everyone who answered a question a piece. :p

The scale is being a bitch and going up to 194.8 and going down to 192.8, then back up, then up even higher, then back down again. then back up.:cuss:

Seriously, consider cutting down on weighing to once a week... less stress I tell you!

I'm finding it pretty difficult even weighing twice a week, I have the urge to weigh myself every day before my shower... it's frightening... but so far, I'm doing pretty well.

I weigh in tomorrow...

In other news, I fit (and look good) in my goal shirt! It's a long sleeved thermal with one of my favorite bands on it (black fabric with the afi decemberunderground logo) and I got it like 2 years ago, and I put it away because it hit me in all the wrong places, and it made me feel fat. Anywho, it fits and I EFFING LOVE IT!!!:party::party::party:

Congratulations - you lost a lot of pound - I ´m only starting my journey - but I hope , I ´ll reach my goals .

I live in the USA, in Virginia on the east coast. I'm in the same area (generally) as Washington DC, and I think it's a really nice place to live. :)

I've read that about weighing in too, but I'm more of an instant gratification chick myself, so twice a week is the lowest I think I'm going to be able to go. :p
I recently switched from weighing every day--- in my experience that's more of a downer and you can't really see the trend of weight loss. The number on the scale will fluctuate throughout the day, and it's really REALLY easy to get discouraged. I really do recommend weighing in as few times a week as possible. It's hard to cut down, but it's a lot more encouraging to see the big drops instead of the tiny fractions of a pound that go up whenever you drink water! It's easy to forget what weight you were 3 days ago- believe me, it's even easy to misremember what it was yesterday!

In all, I think that while waiting to weigh in can be pure torture sometimes, it really is worth it to try.
