I FINALLY did the treadmill. 30 minutes, 1.25 miles, 5.2% incline, 168 CALORIES!!
I think this allows me the snack (that I was going to have anyway haha) of my choice. I just opened a NEW bag of Ruffles chips and I picked 5 unbroken chips. Fitday says: 63 calories :D
:) YAY ME!!!
Oh, haha, I also burned off my dessert (Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich <140 cal>) That makes me feel good, especially since I didn't REALLY want it. :)
AHH I JUST FEEL SO DAMN HAPPY!
I wish this feeling would never go away.

Thats so awesome, you should defintely do something cool when you reach the 100's its a major landmark! And that lean cuisine sounds delicious..I really like the panini sandwiches chx ranch club *yummm* :drool5:
 
Hoping to go out to eat for lunch, McD's maybe. You can actually get a relatively low cal meal there. Kid's nugget meal with apple dippers instead of fries. Although, I have to admit, I almost always get fries :drool5:

McD's does have a few healthier options. I always go for the grilled chicken sandwich with no mayo, and the grilled chicken snack wraps are not that bad either (I get them with no sauce). I opt for no fries though, and of course none of the soda drinks either. I find that a lot of fast food places do have healthier options. I like to research nutrition info on each restaurants websites so that if I have to stop at one of them I know what I can order and all it's nutritional info. Try it out :).
 
I know the products in our McDonald's differ to yours... I have found that one of the healthier things I can have there is a grilled chicken salad with the light dressing and a regular cup of corn (off the cob) mixed in. YUM YUM!!!

I had my first class yesterday (english), and my teacher seems relatively nice but I have a feeling she's going to work us really hard. She said we're gonna do like, 15 essays, even though the syllabus says 5. We also have to write at least 45 journal entries, 3 each class. AND we have this huge research paper to write. AND we have to define 30 terms about cultural literacy EVERY WEEK.
At least we only meet once a week.

sigh...

Today's my mom's first day back at school with the students, so I hope all is going well. I wonder if we'll eat at home or if she'll be so tired that we'll go out.

Tomorrow is my psychology class with my dad... I'm a little nervous, but I know everything will be okay.

Interesting, your father is your teacher? Sounds fun. And your other class sounds very interesting. I have taken a class like that before. The thesis are easy, its the rest of it that can be difficult lol especially when each teacher believes that thesis papers should be written differently...

I'm in Delaware! We went to the gardens today (twice). We have a garden family pass (and it has definitely paid for itself!) so we went to see the conservatory AND we came back at night to watch the water/light show. Pretty awesome! We're going back tomorrow to finish up, then we head on home. :auto:

soooo... that's basically it. Ham sandwich for dinner, just gotta make it. Yessir!

I don't use mayo, I use promise margarine... 45calories a tbsp.

Thats the only thing I ever get at Arbys--I do agree sinfully delicious but so are their curly fries! :reddevil:
 
Hahaha.... I love arbys... but their mozzerella sticks and popcorn chicken are my favorite meal. I know, high fat, high calories, high everything, but OH MAN ARE THEY GOOD.:svengo:

Goodness Gracious! I had quite a food day today. I had a PB&J for breakfast, then a mighty kids nugget meal at McDonald's (6 nuggets, small fry, diet coke) and then we had a wonderful dinner of tilapia and rice. YUM. Still stayed below 1400! Yay!!

I need some input on this. Recently, whenever I stand up or bend over or get winded, I start feeling really light-headed... Am I deficient in some nutrient? Is it Iron?

Hm.. I'll have to see what I can find out about this... :ack2:

Hm. My dad said I could have low blood pressure, which is weird because I've always had blood pressure on the high end of normal. Of course, I have lost over 30 pounds....

Oh man... I found out yesterday that my cousin, who has lost a great deal of weight, was using laxatives to lose it. That family (my cousins Cally and Claire, my aunt Lyn and her husband victor) is SO messed up. Cally (she spells it Cali, but I refuse to spell it like that) is a drug addict who used a dirty needle and almost lost her arm, Claire is apparently bulimic (it's still called that if they use laxatives, right?), and Lyn is in her 40's and hasn't held a job, like, ever. They live with my granddad (except for cally, who lives in florida) and they do NOTHING for him. They have credit cards in his name and he pays them a ridiculous amount of money every month to be around and help him out. He's 87. Noone but Victor helps him, and Lyn's been gone for several weeks living with Cally. They're sucking him dry. :cuss:

Gah. So frustrating!!!!!

As per some advice found on this site, I'm going to drink A LOT more water and see where that gets me with the whole ordeal. How much water is enough?

I'm at 200.3!! only .4 pounds stand in the way of the one hundreds!!

That's less than half a pound!!
