I'm assuming that when you say you're eating 3 egg white omelettes; you pretty much mean you're eating 6 egg whites with breakfast. That's great; but don't forget that the yolk has a great amount of nutrients too. I'm not saying eat the yolk with every egg; but try to have at least one a day; it won't hurt you at all.

I might also try breaking up that lunch into two separate meals. Try eating the "food" right after your workout, then about an hour later have the protein bar and protein shake.

What kind of cereal do you have for breakfast?

Cut out the protein bars - they're not clean food - full of sugar, preservatives, junk, and lots of other stuff you don't want to eat if you are looking to see results.

I also think you should split up your pwo and lunch meal into two seperate meals. Have the shake and some carbs pwo, and later, for lunch, have the sandwich, eggs, and veggies.

Nix the Pringles. Have one serving of nuts if you need something salty and crunchy - plus, they're a good source of healthy fats essential to your diet.

Dinner looks good, but mashed potatoes are usually cooked with lots of milk and butter. Have a baked potato instead; better yet, have a baked sweet potato.

And yes, nix the Airheads. I think raspberries, strawberries, and other fresh fruits are even sweeter than candy, and obviously more healthy.

protein bars aren't all bad, but you really have to shop around for the good ones, and you should use them when you can't eat a 'normal' meal...as in use them as a snack.

Kong bars are good tasting and much better for you than pringles ;) The One-Way and Detour bars are also pretty decent. Just check the label and avoid ones with a lot of fat or sugar carbs, and just eat them sparingly.

make your own bars, do a search on google or whatever or MSG me and ill send you a bunch. as spock point out you need some fruit, also before you go to bed eat some cottage cheese. also think about this: when you eat sweets, then wait and hour would you have cared if you ate somthing different? Im guessing not you could have just ate some oatmeal or hell liver for all you care as long as your satisfied right. try it eat somthing different instead of candy and wait an while and think to your self if you care, you will realize it's dumb to eat nasty stuff when later on you could careless. but if you keep doing it you will wish you hadn't, well thats just my simplified logic.
