wall sit for around 5 minutes (ouch)


2 mile run on treadmill, 14mins (+ 5min cool down)19mins total 250-300 calories

5mile on bike - 15mins (2minute cool down) 17mins total 250- 300 calories

10mins on sky walker 2200 strides 200-250 calories



25 x 4 ab crunches
50 x 4 bycle situps
15 x 3 leg raises
25 x 4 (macine were bar goes across chest and u lean forward Ab work)
suitcases lifes 24kg 12x4

warm up on bench press 45kg x 15 x 3
warm up on biceps 12kg 12 x 3

comments..? good bad views addons? thanks

I think you'd benefit from doing one forty minute session of cardio rather than dividing it into three. But you're doing sounds good as well
 
I would suggest signing for a spin cycling class if they're offered in your area Spinning can be very intense but it depends on the instructor.
