So I am starting on the program officially tomorrow morning, but as far as eating goes RIGHT NOW.
I am going to eat 1200cals a day (and all GOOD cals no junk food) and I am going to start with a good excersise plan.
The idea is that I will do this:
Upper Body
Cardio
Lower Body
Cardio
and conitnue like that!
I am planning to join a spinning class (very beginners class) for my cardio I know that I wont be able to do more than 30min to start with but I will build it up over time.
