Ive decided to try and do weight watchers again as from tomorrow. I did lose 8lbs before Christmas...but...after that Ive not seemed to have the same motivation. This is gonna be my last attempt at W.W. Im gonna do my best and give it my best shot. Wish me luck, love Mandie xx

Ok...so today so far Ive had:

Brekkie = 45g shreddies & milk

Lunch = Med. Jacket potatoe & baked beans

Dinner = I might have wholemeal rice, mixed veg...and I might throw in a chicken or veggie stock cube in it.
 
What about snacks? If you're keeping track of your calories, you'll be able to figure out how many you have to spare for snacks. And with WW, please make sure you're eating enough. You do need to use the Flex points (if you're on that plan), otherwise you're starving your body. :)

By the way, welcome back! Stick with it; you can do this, but accountability (sticking with this diary) is key in weight loss.
 
mandie your calories look really low for the day - it could be why you can't keep your mind off of food - you're poor body is hungry :)

Ok...this is gonna be shamefull to post my eating for today...as Ive been out of control. But, here goes...

Brekkie = 45g Shreddies & milk
lunch = muller light yougurt and grapes

AND THIS IS WHERE IT ALL GOES WRONG!!!!!

When I got home I ate:
1 pot noodle.
jacket poatoe and raveoli
toast
1 bag of crisps and chocolate.

Not eaten any dinner now...although Im starving hungry...I feel guilty...will never get slim for summer at this rate.
 
if i can be a busybody - you're not getting near enough calories at the begining of the day which is leading you to binge at the end of he day...

Lose the guilt and move on -

new day is starting

try to plan out your meals - it really does help a lot - that way you know how many calories you've got to play with.

have more at breakfast - more at lunch - a snack - and you won't be starving at dinner

then instead of making a pot of noodles, measure out a portion.

you can do this
 
Hi Mandie :) I think Mal has a great point. I have been guilty of not eating enough earlier in the day and it makes me want to eat a lot of bad food and fast! If you are on the go a lot then take some fruit and veggies for snacks or a granola bar or something? That always helps me.
