Hi misty. You can do this honey! I don't attempt to give any dietary advice because I think we all have different ideas about nutrition & this is compounded by all the conflicting things we hear & read. I saw your lunch as starch, starch & starch & eating that would make me heavier. My body just does not process starchy carbs well. As a component of my lunch any one of the 3 would be OK, but I do shy away from white potatoes & have sweet potatoes instead, for their lower GI value. If it works for you, that's great, but if not, maybe reduce your starchy carbs & add some more veg to your lunch & some lean protein. It's nice having you back, xoxo
