GOING to look lush in that bikini!!

I'm so motivated! There still loads of time to look hot for summer! Who's with me? Good luck everyone! We CAN and WILL do this thang!!
 
Still pumped and motivated! Although today wasn't great it hasn't put me off - annoyed but even more determined! Signed myself up for gym on wednesdays and my last exam is tomorrow morning! :party: So I've got more time to workout and less studying! Get in.

Ok today was bad, but I'm not going to do my usual, 'I'll write tomorrow's down', I need to write this down so I can see it all and know it's not gunna happen again.


Breakfast: Apple juice. Cornflakes & skim. milk

Snack: Birthday cake.. dammit

Lunch: Wholemeal ham sandwich, half a carrot, apple. <--- That's more like it.

Dinner: Chips, beans and fried chicken. Yuck yuck yuck



I've also had some little mars bar celebration sweets, and the rest of the chocolate icecream... but the good thing is it's all gone now.

You seem to start over and over and over and say, TOMORROW I'm going to do this and this and this. I think the best way to get on track and stay on track is to stop saying "I'll start tomorrow" because the best time to start is NOW!

I hope you can find your groove and stick with it. All it takes is 1 month to form a habit -- just 1 month. So get on with it! You CAN do it. And if I may quote that one movie (lol) there is no day BUT today! START NOW! Don't sell yourself short!

Today. (Previous days were pretty good, but I have a memory like a sieve. Wait, no, probably worse).

Breakfast: Wholemeal toast, marg and strawb jam.

Snack: Apple

Lunch: Wholemeal ham and sweet pepper relish sandwich. Diet coke. Squares bar :/

Dinner: Chicken ceaser salad. (easy on sauce, cheese etc)

Pudding: 2 petit fleur youghurts

Snacks: Bit of cheese, raisins at the some point in the day.

Went on treadmill for just under half an hour - 210 cals & about to go check cows/horses before heading off to bed so hopefully can get up and do half an hour work out in the morning.

Snacks: Raisins, diet coke.

Dinner: Salad - salad, pepper, tomato, cucumber, lean ham, (cheese, sauce, croutons - not much)

Pudding: 1 homemade brownie (very small but sooo yummy)
