Going to have to cut down gym time, need advice

hey right now, i am able to workout almost every day and i do. i usually run 6-7 days a week, sometimes twice a day.

problem is here. it is summer and like i said i can workout basically whenever i want since i can run and/or do the treadmil. next month i am going away to dorm, and they have a gym, but i know with studying, hanging out, and ect. i am not ging to be able to do what i do now. how can i cut down my routine effectivley, yet not loose what i have already worked up?

i am kind of worried about it because i know i will be busy, but i need some help with what i should do.

There is no need to exercise 6-7 days a week, twice a day in the first place. So, your in luck.

For limited time, full body wkouts and HIIT offer the most bang for your buck. You can get in a very effective workout in not much time. So, that might come in handy when you are a busy student.

Overtraining

Sounds like your overtraining. I'm 44yrs old. 5'7, 190lbs. 7% bodyfat. I'm pretty cut. I do absolutely no cardio. I hit the weights 3 -4x a week for about an hour. Basic split routine. You'd be surprised how far a little goes.
If you can workout everyday for 1 hour, try weights one day, cardio the next, with one day off a week. If your really really lean, don't do the cardio at all. Stick to the weights. Muscle burns fat like crazy. Just watch your diet.
