I'm really sorry to hear that you were already stressed by breakfast time. I hope the issues that are causing that, can be resolved quickly.
You're doing great to be still losing despite the stress, especially now your weight is so low and the amounts your lose are bound to be smaller. I say you are losing because I'm only 5 foot and my jeans weigh 1.75 lbs, whereas even long flanellette pj bottoms, are too light to register on the scales.
