A bit far for you to travel, no? LOL! I should take some pics around the living room and show you my space dilemma, maybe you have some suggestions for me. :)
 
Hey Dari, Chicago is known for its winters and by weekend we should have some real snow, but I guarantee its nothing like what you get up there. Stay warm and remember shoveling snow is awesome exercise.
 
So my ex wants to pay a kid to come over and shovel for me. I'd love the help, but I'm thinking I'm already too lazy when it comes to exercise. :( Maybe I should stick to doing it myself.

TOPS tomorrow...I'm dreading it. I'm hoping to pull off a 'stayed the same', but I'm doubting it. :(
 
Wow, what a nice ex! I agree, it sounds like great exercise to be shoveling and working up a sweat while breathing in that fresh air. You're lucky IMO. I live in the city and the snow gets dirty and slushy and nasty within seconds, though we dont have to shovel it ourselves. But it seems sort of silly to make our way to a gym and exercise indoors and then pay someone to do the shoveling :D.
 
I just hate being out in the cold for that long...I have a BIG driveway to shovel. LOL!

So, I'm in need of some motivation this week, and as I've been listening to some uplifting/inspirational Disney songs at the daycare, I'm pasting some lyrics from Hercules here for myself and anyone else who needs it. :)

aaawww shucks that is sweet...Im in x hell again here and I am loosing my motivation and everythign else - it really sucks - he is threatening legal action again but he is alot meanier this time around...

Not bad. It's good, in that he's gotten over being mad about me telling him I'm not interested in getting back together. He misses the kids, etc. But he says he's not giving up on me. :( So he's being all nice right now, offering me extra money for buying christmas gifts, and a few new shirts since mine are all too big. lol!
 
Time to rock the Turbo Jam! Having a decent start to the day...280 calories so far, having homemade chili for lunch, and was on my feet all morning. I think this workout I'm about to do is 20 min. long.
 
So I was 139 yesterday...as I have been for a while on and off. After a great eating and Turbo Jam doing day yesterday, I'm at 136.8!!! Drank a little less diet pop and some more water, kept my calories at what I'm supposed to...I am going to do the same thing today. Let's see if I can keep that 6!!

And just 'cuz I love showing off my kiddies, here is Addison yesterday and Abba on her first day of school.
 
Down a pound at weigh-in! And instead of our usual program, we went up to the weight room and our cute local gym teacher came in and gave us some lessons on the machines/dumbbells/etc. Fun to watch. ;) I have a routine to do now, and plan on getting back into it. It was like having a lesson by Steve...man talked a lot of sense. :)

OMG they are freaking adorable!!Your doing great and to stay in those those 130's with all this HOLIDAY madness is most certainly TOUGH!Way to go,Tammy
 
Back up to 139. :( Except for Saturday night (which actually wasn't too bad) I've done great this week, and exercised everyday. I'm hoping it's just water weight.

Got some more pics taken today of myself. Love getting my picture taken now. lol!! Still got the old muffin top, and a little padding around the hips, but I've lost half an inch off my legs this month :grouphug:
