Ok I'm going into the military next year and I've been training my running and upper body, I'm getting improvements but I want to get a little bigger, more cut, and faster. Can anyone help me in setting up a new workout plan to change it up on my body. All help is much appreciated, I'm used to getting up at 5am to do my workouts before school and I have roughly a 2 hour time frame to workout before I have my classes or work.
