Going from 185 to 125, 160 now...progress pics!

So...
I've been gone several months, but in the hiatus I have managed to lose 25 pounds. Good, but not really, when my goal was to have lost 40 at least by now!!! Oh well. The thing that really sucks is...I looked at my old pics, from 22 pounds ago...and I hardly look any different! I will post them, the fist pics are from 182, the second pics are from now, at 160. I'm really getting discourages, I thought 25 pounds would make a big difference. Im trying to lose 10 lbs this month, see how that goes. Maybe after 30 pounds there will be a big difference? In the pics Im wearing a different bra, but same underwear..just so i could see if they fit any better haha. Oh yeah, warning, pics are in bra and underwear.

How are you achieving your goal?
 
hm i can see a difference. your stomach is smaller. your hips as well. i'd say there is a difference. like woah. congrats on 25 pds!
 
haha thanks, I hope so! I can definitley fit into a smaller size now, so I know something has happened..just not sure if its visible :)
 
thanks! I have totally been yo-yoing, but at the moment I am just eating between 1000-1200 calories a day. I walk to class, but not enough exercise :(
 
Like everyone has said there is definitely a difference. Keep up the good work, even if you're losing a little bit slower than you'd like you're still losing weight and making a difference!
 
congrats! it's hard to tell the difference in pictures sometimes but it's deffinately visable... I hope you reach your goal, i'm still dreaming of reaching the 25lb mark and when i get there i still have a long way to go. but remeber its about more than just losing weight its about more then reaching the ideal number or pant size. it's about changing your life for the better and every day that you keep working at it, is something to be proud of :). Lifestyle changes are never easy. Good work :hurray:
 
You can definitely see a difference in your stomach and hip area. Keep us updated - I am in search of massive motivation .Good luck!
